Hi I’m Hadley,

I graduated from the University of Texas with a B.F.A. in Design and a minor in Sports Media. I took classes that cover advertising, branding, graphic design, sports marketing and product design.

I’m currently working as a remote Digital Designer / Social Media manager at O’Neill based out in Irvine, CA, working between our mens and womens marketing teams as well as e-commerce to build emails, ad campaigns, web assets, shoots and social assets, I also assist on developing new and refining old logos and brand marks. I was appointed to manage our men’s social media platforms working on scheduling, community management, strategy and design. I am a part owner and creative director of my family business, Chill Bros Scoop Shop, an ice cream shop based in Tampa Fl. My older brother started this little shop a little over two years ago. As a family we built the business from the ground up. For the past two years I have handled almost every creative decision pertaining to Chill Bros. I am our photographer, social media manager, graphic designer, merchandiser, and Marketing head. I wear many creative hats while my brothers handle other aspects of our business. We have successfully opened four shops and we are growing rapidly. My knowledge of sports, the outdoors and design are my greatest strengths and something that has allowed me to excel.
